We absolutely loved this space! It was perfect for our wedding. Having tables and chairs included in the price was a big plus given the fact most venues charge extra for the use of these items. There are many details that make this venue unique. Having a bar space but also being able to supply your own alcohol was also a benefit. We did photos on the property and did not have to take a shuttle anywhere! We held our ceremony outside and had the garage door open the whole night allowing people to flow inside and outside all night. We took advantage of a concrete poured stage and hired a 12-person orchestra (Jerry Ford Band out of Cape) for entertainment. They were a huge hit. I would like to say we are old souls when it comes to music, and it was nice to be able to visit with people and not have to yell out “Hot in Herre”.

The Airbnb on the property we choose to rent for the weekend was AMAZING. The pool was a hit for the little ones involved and kept them distracted with something to do the morning of getting ready. The Bridal sweat was the perfect hang out space for me and the girls to get ready and it was nice to have a kitchen to have snacks and mimosas. The guys were able to get ready in the room provided in the venue, just a three-minute walk away. The swing was a fan favorite, and I even had a photo op on it! The price for the whole weekend including the Airbnb (Friday morning to Sunday morning) was better than similar spaces in Cape allowing you the space for just one night. If you are even considering this space, reach out to do a walk through. You will fall in love with the venue just as much as I did. I just know it!
